Objective of Coaching Sahay Yojana 2023
The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the socially and educationally backward class trainees and students of the developing castes of the state. By benefiting from this scheme, incentives will be given for the preparation of the competitive examination.
Eligibility Criteria for Coaching Assistance Scheme Assistance
1. Socially and educationally backward class trainees (Both male and female students) and economically backward class students who are natives of Gujarat will be eligible for this scheme.
2. The trainee should have secured 70% or more marks in class-10th.
3. The trainee should be a student of science stream.
4. The annual income limit of the trainee's family should be Rs.4.50 lakh or less.
5. The trainee has to obtain and submit the training attendance certificate from the institute.
6. The benefit of this scheme will be available to the trainee only once in class-12.
7. The trainee shall not be employed at any other place during the training. If proved to be so, the full amount has to be recovered by the Director, Vikshti Jati Kalyan.
8. Chartered Accountant's certificate of three years experience of the organization should be obtained from the organization and submitted.
The trainee has to submit the following documents to the coaching institute
1. Training institute should have GST /PAN.
2. The training institution should have at least three years of experience.
3. The training institution should be in compliance with other government laws, standards or regulations.
4. The training institute should be registered under any of the Acts like Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950 Companies Act 1956 Establishment 1948 Shops and Establishments Act 1948 etc.
